  • 400g can chickpeas rinsed drained
  • 1 2 small red onion thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons wholegrain mustard
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 2 teaspoon honey
