- 1 lebanese cucumber chopped lengthways seeds removed chopped

- 200g chargrilled capsicum cut into thin strip
- 1 bunch rocket trimmed
- 1 garlic clove crushed
- 1 2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 4 teaspoon sea salt

The Instruction of roast lamb focaccia with tzatziki
- preheat grill to medium high place focaccia on baking tray and toast each side for 2 3 minutes or until golden brown
- place cucumber yoghurt mayonnaise salt cumin and garlic in a small bowl stir until well combined season with pepper
- spread tzatziki on one side of each focaccia slice add rocket lamb and capsicum top each with remaining focaccia slice and serve
