  • preheat the oven to 240u00b0c spray a 36 cm diameter round pizza tray with olive oil spray to lightly grease sprinkle with polenta shake off the excess

  • scatter the mozzarella over the pizza base and top with potato scatter the thyme and garlic on the potato spray with olive oil spray and season with salt and pepper
  • cook the pizza in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes or until the base is crispy and light brown serve immediately with salad leaves if you wish
